医学生吸烟现况调查

目的了解武汉市医学院校在校大学生吸烟现状,分析该人群吸烟行为的影响因素,寻找有效的控烟策略以预防和矫正大学生的吸烟行为。方法采用整群抽样对同济医学院和武汉大学医学院共582名05-07级在校本科生进行了问卷调查。结果同济医学院现吸烟率为3.9%;武汉大学医学院现吸烟率为6.5%。现吸烟率男、女生分别为10.0%和0.0%,差异有统计学意义。年级、出生地、每月生活花费与是否吸烟无关。吸烟的主要原因是郁闷、提神。而男性、朋友吸烟等因素是大学生现吸烟的危险因素。结论大学生对吸烟的态度和信念较好,但是吸烟者与未吸烟者有差别。正确引导大学生心理健康发展和加强大学生健康教育有利于控制大学生吸烟。

Prevalence Survey on Smoking in Medical College Students
