浅谈男生在见习时"看产难"的问题

男生在妇产科的见习由于封建思想及社会舆论、当前立法的滞后等因素的影响,在见习孕妇正常分娩机转及待产中各产程的观察及处理时存在困难,简称“看产难“,而医学是一个实践性很强的学科,特别是妇产科,很多诊断与治疗都需动手操作才能完成,而产程观察及处理是产科学习的重点.产科在处理难产等问题时,由于男医生在心理、体力等方面的优势,常常成为一个“重要角色“. 为了提高我国妇产科学术水平,培养更多妇产科男医生,解决男生“看产难“问题也就非常重要.解决男生“看产难“的问题首先要转变观念,要让男生认识到学习妇产科及产程观察与处理的重要性.其次,要善于与病人沟通与交流.另外,间接利用先进的仪器设备-电视监视系统观察产程全程,近几年来,我们在99级、2000级男生的临床见习中开展使用,反馈效果好.只要我们提高师生的素质,改变教学方式及转变观念,我们有理由相信男生在妇产科可以取得与女生相同甚至更好的成绩.

A Discussion on Problem of Difficult to Get Near to Labor Delivery in Noviciate for Male Medical Students

Due to feudalistic ideas ,public opinion and legislation hysteresis,male medical students are difficult to study on labor delivery on the job. But medical science is a subject of very strong practicality,especially in the department of obstetrics & gynecology. Diagnosis and therapy needs special technique. Observation and treatment of labor delivery is a focal point. Because of superiority in psychology and physical capacity,male medical doctors are very often the decision makers. In order to improve the academic level of department of obstetrics & gynecology in our country and to cultivate more male medical doctors,it is very import to solve their problem of difficult to bet mear to labor delivery on the job. We can solve the problem by changing the way of thinking,improving the predisposition of teachers and students,utilizing advanced instrument-monitor. From this,we believe that male medical students can make better performance.
