流程化护理干预对重症支气管哮喘急救的影响

目的分析重症支气管哮喘患者行流程化急救护理的应用效果。方法将93例重症支气管哮喘病人随机分为干预组（56例）和对照组（37例）,对照组按常规急救护理,干预组实施急救护理流程。结果流程化干预组有效急救时间为（31.31±5.92）min、有效急救率为96.4%,对照组有效急救时间为（46.18±8.64）min、有效急救率为81.1%,干预组有效急救时间、急救率明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01、P〈0.05）。结论流程化护理干预能及时缓解哮喘症状,阻止病情的发展,缩短住院时间,减轻病人痛苦,及时有效地挽救病人的生命,提高急救有效率,值得临床推广。

Impact of Nursing Intervention Process on First Aid for Severe Bronchial Asthma

Objective To analyze the application effect of emergency care process in patients with severe bronchial asthma.Methods Ninety-three patients with severe bronchial asthma were randomly divided into intervention group(n=56) and control group(n=37).The patients in control group were received routine first aid,while the patients in intervention group were given emergency care procedures.Results The effective time of first aid in intervention group was(31.31±5.92) min,with the first aid effective rate of 96.4%.The effective time of first aid in control group was(46.18±8.64) min,with the first aid effective rate of 81.1%.The effective time of first aid and the first aid effective rate in intervention group were superior to those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention process can relieve asthma symptoms in time,prevent the progress of the disease,shorten hospitalization time,ease patient’s pain,timely and effectively save the patient’s life,and improve the effective rate of first aid.It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
