| 摘 要： | 目的探讨动脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的护理。方法对20例脑梗死的患者进行动脉溶栓治疗,并给予相应护理。结果 20例血管闭塞的患者中溶栓后有10例完全再通,6例部分再通,4例未再通。结论动脉溶栓治疗的有效护理是保证溶栓成功的关键因素。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the care of patients suffered with acute stroke after intra-arterial thrombolysis. METH- ODS 20 subjects with acute stroke undertook intra-arterial thrombolysis, then were give corresponding care. RESULTS Of the 20 patients, 10 patients had completely recanalization, 6 patients had partial recanalization. CONCLUSION Effective care is the key factor after intra-arterial thrombolysis. |
