苏州市成年人高血压患病及控制现状分析

目的 对苏州市成年人高血压患病及控制现状进行分析.方法 2010年对苏州市社区居民进行整群抽样调查.结果 苏州市成年人高血压患病率为47.06％(标化患病率34.74％),知晓率为66.11％(标化知晓率48.35％),治疗率为58.40％(标化治疗率40.10％),控制率为20.56％(标化控制率12.91％),知晓者治疗率为88.34％(标化知晓者治疗率67.79％).高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率随年龄增大而升高(P＜ 0.001),不同文化程度人群高血压患病率差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.001),退休人员、老年人的四率最高.结论 苏州市成年人高血压知晓者治疗率较高,但知晓率和控制率相对较低.预防老年人高血压患病,提高人群高血压知晓率,改善控制现状,是该地区今后进一步做好高血压防控工作的重点.

Analysis of hypertention prevalence and control status in suzhou adults

OBJECTIVE To analyze hypertension prevalence and control status in Suzhou residents.METHODS A cross-sectional study was conducted in Suzhou residents.The sample was randomly selected using cluster sampling.RESULTS The prevalence of hypertension was 47.06%.Rates of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension were 66.11%,58.40% and 20.56%,respectively.The rate of treatment in patients with awareness of hypertension was 88.34%.There was significant difference between the prevalence of hypertension,the rates of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension in different gender and occupations(P﹤0.01).The older residents were,the higher prevalence of hypertension had(P﹤0.001).There was significant difference between the prevalence of hypertension in different culture levels.The four rates were the highest with retired people and old people.CONCLUSION The rate of treatment in patients with awareness was high,but rates of awareness and control of hypertension were low.Therefore,it is necessary to prevent elderly people suffering from hypertension,improve the rate of awareness and elevate the chance to make more efficient therapeutics,and it is important in controlling hypertension in this area.
