食管异物钮扣电池对家兔食管的损伤及机制研究

摘    要:目的探讨钮扣电池对家兔食管的损伤作用及机制。方法随机对50只雄性家兔分为A组(11.6×2.1mm钮扣电池食管异物模型组)20只、B组(24.5×5mm钮扣电池食管异物模型)20只,以及对照组10只。并对其安置钮扣电池后1d、3d、5d、7d对其血清中重金属以及GPT、Cr、BUN、COT进行检测,并对食管异物处进行免疫组化分析。结果 B组家兔食管损伤程度以及损伤时间较A组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),A组、B组以及对照组三者在血清中重金属(除去镍以外)以及GPT、Cr、BUN、COT差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且其相关浓度与钮扣电池存在食管时间成正相关。结论钮扣电池的大小以及存在食管内时间与其对食管损伤程度有明显的正相关性,钮扣电池对家兔的肝肾功能会造成一定的损害

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the injury mechanism of button batteries on rabbit esophageal damage.METHODS 50 male rabbits were randomly divided into A group(11.6 × 2.1mm coin cell esophageal foreign bodies in the model group)20 cases,B group(24.5 × 5mm coin cell esophageal foreign body model)20 cases and the control group(10 cases).And tested their heavy metals and serum GPT,Cr,BUN,COT of button battery 1d,3d,5d,7d,and esophageal foreign bodies with immunohistochemical analysis.RESULTS The degrees of esophageal injury and injury time in group B were significantly different with the group A and the control group(P﹤0.05),the serum heavy metals(except nickel),and GPT,Cr,BUN,COT were significantly different in A group,B group and control group(P﹤0.05),and the related concentration had a positive correlation with the time of button batteries into the esophagus.CONCLUSION The size of button batteries and the existence of the esophagus time are positively correlated with the esophageal injury degree,button battery will cause some damage on the rabbit’s liver and kidney function
