黑水县居民行为生活方式与两周患病的关系研究

目的：了解黑水县居民两周患病与行为生活方式的关系。方法：通过分层整群抽样，访谈调查了黑水县15岁及以上的居民1483人。结果：通过Logistic回归分析发现影响黑水县居民两周患病的因素有经济状况、不良饮食习惯因子1和因子3、过去重病史、饮酒、家庭用水、个人卫生因子2和营养状况等八项因素，其中尤以饮酒、过去重病史和不良饮食习惯因子1的作用居前三位，其两周患病的概率和不患的概率之比分别为1．5883、1．5595和1．4371。在饮酒者中，与两周患病有关的因素有饮酒年限、3日饮酒次数、三日主要饮酒种类和三日饮酒量，其两周患病的概率与不患的概率之比接近。结论：影响黑水县居民两周患病的因素中行为因素占有重要的位置，尤其是饮酒和饮食习惯的作用较为突出。这些因素多数是可变的，从而为进一步的干扰提供了可能。

A STUDY ON RELATION BETWEEN BEHAVIOR FACTORS AND MORBIDITY OF TWO-WEEK INHEISHUI COUNTY SICHUAN PROVINCE

Objective: To know the relationship between the morbidity of two-week and behavior factors. Method: The 1483 inhabitants over 15 in Heishui county, from the stratum sampling, are interviewed. Results: The analysis of Logistic regression shows there are 8 kinds of factors affecting the morbidity of two-week of heishui inhabitants, such as economic status, harmful dietetic habits, the history of serius disease, drinking-alcohol, personal health habits, and the most important third are drinking-alcohol, the history of serius disease, harmful dietetic habits, their RR are 1. 5883、 1. 5595 and 1. 4371. In the people of drinking-alcohol, the drinking-alcohol factors related with morbidity of two-week are drinking years, and the times, the kind, the level of drinking alcohol of 3 days. Conclusion: The behavior factors are the important for morbidity of two-weeks in the habitant of Heishui county, especially drinking-alcohol, harmful dietetic habits.
