都江堰长寿老人家庭功能及其影响因素

目的]了解都江堰地区长寿老人家庭功能现状及影响因素,为探讨健康及长寿的可能原因提供依据。方法]采用描述流行病学方法对90岁以上长寿老人的家庭功能状况进行了问卷调查。结果]调查对象平均为95.6岁,91.2%的老人与子女同住,65.0%老人日常生活主要由子女照顾,81.7%老人主要经济来源于家庭。APGDR家庭功能评分为6.5分,56.2%的长寿老人家庭功能良好。家庭功能影响因素为是否与家人同住,老人对家庭经济满意度及老人60岁以前的职业。家庭功能评分高者,健康自评好的比例高。结论]主干家庭是长寿老年人最重要的生活环境。其家庭功能处于中等水平。家庭功能与健康有一定关系。

THE FAMILY'S FUNCTION AND ITS INFLUENTIAL FACTORS FOR THE LONGEVOUS ELDERLY IN DUJIANGYAN AREA

Objective] To describe the family's functions and its influential factors for the longevous elderly in Du-jiangyan area and to try to supply some references for finding out the possible reasons of health and longevity.Methods] 875 elderly aged above 90 years old in Dujiangyan area were surveyed with the questionnaires about their family status and functions.Results] The average age for the longevous elderly was 95.6 years old.About 91.2% longevous elderly lived with their sons or daughters.The daily life for 65.0% longevous elderly was attended by their families.The economic support for 81.7% longevous elderly came from their families.The average score of family function with APGDR was 6.5 and the family's function for 56.2% longevous elderly was good.The influential factors for the family's function were living style,the elderly's satisfaction to fami-ly's economic status and their occupations before 60 years old.For those whose score of family's function was higher,their health self-raking was higher.Conclusion] The trunk family is the most important living environment for the longevous elder-ly.The family's function is at middle level and there is a correlation between family's function and health status.
