| 摘 要： | 目的]了解徐州市大型医用设备的配置与管理，使大型医用设备既能充分发挥其效能，又能更好地满足广大人民群众的基本医疗需求。方法]对徐州市拥有大型医用设备的所有市直属医疗单位、省部属及企业厂矿二级以上医疗单位进行现况调查，回收了38份有效问卷。结果]徐州市配置了国家规定的7种大型医用设备，共71台，每所医院平均拥有1.9台大型医疗设备，人均拥有量为7.9台/百万人口，平均服务面积为163.0km2/台。62.0%的大型医用设备分布在徐州市区，基尼系数为0.52。结论]大型医用设备配置失控。徐州市大型医用设备配置超标，空间分布高度不公平。

| Abstract: | Objective] To understand the allocation and management of large medical equipment in Xuzhou, and to make best use of large medical equipment to meet the basic medical demand of people. Methods] All hospitals that have large medical equipment in Xuzhou were investigated and 38 valid questionnaires were collected. Results] There were seven kinds of large medical equipment in Xuzhou. which were 71 in total and each served 126.6 thousand people in range of 163 km^2. 62.0% of them were in urban areas of Xuzhou, and the Gini coefficient was 0.52. Conclusions] The allocation of large medical equipment in Xuzhou is beyond control and overallocated. Highly unfair distribution of large equipment in spatial exits. |
