河北省0～14岁急性新发乙型肝炎病例监测分析

目的]了解河北省0～14岁急性新发乙型肝炎(乙肝)监测系统运转情况。方法]对河北省所辖市、县2005年报告的乙肝病例进行统计分析。结果]2005年河北省报告0～14岁急性新发乙肝1015例,7～14岁病例占总病例数的81.9%。男女性别比1.84︰1;全年均有病例报告;乙肝疫苗三针全程免疫儿童占29.6%;69.4%的病例在发病前半年曾接受过注射;14.9%的病例家庭内有乙肝病人或乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)携带者。结论]今后要加强乙肝监测,提高乙肝疫苗接种率,特别是新生乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率和三针全程接种率,重视安全注射,在青少年人群中开展健康宣传教育,有效控制乙肝流行和传播。

MONITORING AND ANALYSIS ON NEW CASES OF ACUTE HEPATITIS B OF CHILDREN BELOW 15 YEARS OLD IN HEBEI PROVINCE

Objective] To study the monitoring system working status of acute Hepatitis B new cases of children aged from 0 to 14 in Hebei Province.Methods] Statistical analysis was conducted to analyse acute Hepatitis B new cases in both cities and counties supervised by Hebei Province.Results] In 2005,there were a total of 1 015 cases,and cases aged 7-14 years old accounted for 81.9% in Hebei Province.The ratio of male to female was 1.84 to 1.00.There were acute Hepatitis B new cases in the whole year.3 dose of full course Hepatitis B vaccination rate was only 29.6%.69.4% of the cases had been injected half a year before suffuring Hepatitis B(HB).Hepatitis B cases or HBsAg carrier were found in 14.9% of cases' families.Conclusion] In the future,we should reinforce the monitoring work,improve the vaccination coverage of HB vaccine,espe-cially the vaccination coverage of timely newborns and that of full course vaccination,pay attention to safe injection,and carry on health propaganda and education among young children for efficiently controlling the prevalence of HB.
