| 摘 要： | 目的:评价目标人群性病/艾滋病综合干预效果,为随后工作提供依据和帮助。方法:干预前后,在不记名前提下,采用逐一访谈方式对焦点问题进行问卷调查。结果:娱乐场所商业性工作者(csw)人群对性病/艾滋病知识的正确知晓率有所上升,艾滋病的几个主要传播途径的正确认识有了大幅度提高,最近一次性生活中安全套使用率由干预前的3 8.2 1 %上升到4 3.2 8% ,卫生服务需求呈现出对定期妇科检查、性病艾滋病就医指南及检测、预防性病艾滋病知识(以及定期健康知识读物)等方面需求的进一步加强。结论:该市通过综合干预项目,csw人群有了寻求自我保护的意识,应进一步把相应的卫生服务推向这一人群

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of STD/AIDS integrated intervention among target crowd, then help the subsequent work.Methods:Questionaire sunvey was conducted to contrast the sex workers' items of KAP Pre-and post-integrated intervention, such as peer education,handling out materials on HIV/AIDs,giving free condoms to sex workers.Result:The awareness of HIV/AIDS among sex workers has increased,the need of health service has been strengthened,the rate of using condoms has ascended, some misconcepts has been corrected through integrated intervention.Conclusion:The integrated intervention on HIV/AIDS prevention among sex workers is effective,it is may be extended in the similar population . |
