南昌市女性性工作者AIDS高危行为的干预研究

目的：了解南昌市的女性性工作者（CSW）的艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为的变化情况，为制定和评估AIDS预防控制策略提供依据。方法：运用统一调查问卷，于干预前对娱乐场所内的CSW进行基线调查，并对她们进行以健康教育、安全套推广、改善求医行为为主要内容的综合干预，干预结束后再次对106名CSW进行调查以评价干预效果。结果：干预后CSW艾滋病预防知识知晓率有显著提高。性行为中安全套的使用率明显上升，在与非固定性伴性行为中，最近1次安全套的使用率由干预前的86．90％上升到干预后的97．17％（P〈0．05）；最近1周和最近1个月每次都用安全套的使用率分别由86．21％、84．83％上升为94．34％及92．45％（P值均〈0．05）。在个人求医态度方面，自己购药比例和去私人诊所就诊比例下降，去公立医院就诊比例上升。结论：对娱乐场所内的CSW开展预防艾滋病的综合干预，能有效降低这些高危人群的艾滋病感染率。

INTERVENTION STUDY OF HIV HIGH- RISK BEHAVIOR AMONG COMMERCIAL SEX WORKERS

Objective:To investigate change of the HIV/AIDS knowledge,attitude and sexual behavior among Commercial Sex Workers(CSWs) in Nanchang city and offer help for formulating and evaluating AIDS prevention and controlling strategy.Methods:The questionnaires was used to operate the base-line investigation in 145 CSWs before intervention,followed by systemic intervention such as healthy education,condom publicity,seek-doctor behavior amelioration.After intervention,the same questionnaires was used to investigate 106 CSWs to evaluate the effect.Results:The level of knowledge among CSWs and the rate of condom use in sex intercourse had significantly increased after intervention.In their sex activities with non-regular partners,the rate of condom use in last intercouse were 86.90% before intervention and 97.17% after intervention(P<0.05),the rate of condom use in last week were 86.21% and 94.34% respectively(P<0.05)and the rate of condom use in last month were 84.83% and 92.45% respectively(P<0.05).As for seek-doctor attitude,the proportion of self-purchasing drugs and going private clinics decreased and the proportion of going public hospitals increased.Conclusion:We can efficiently decreased HIV/AIDS infection rate of CSWs through systemic intervention in entertainment place and can achieve good prevention and control effect.
