2012—2021年疾病负担研究热点及研究趋势分析

目的 系统分析2012—2021年国内外疾病负担研究的热点及趋势。方法 通过中国知网（CNKI）和Web of Science（WoS）系统检索2012年1月1日—2021年12月31日疾病负担研究的文章，利用 CiteSpaceV6.1 R2软件进行可视化分析。结果 CNKI纳入1 869篇文献，发文最多的机构是中国疾病预防控制中心；发文量最多的学者是周脉耕，其次是刘世炜、殷鹏和曾新颖；近十年的热点关键词是死亡率、经济负担和发病率等，研究最多的疾病是恶性肿瘤、糖尿病等；研究前沿趋势由2012年的家庭和经济负担到2021年的早死概率和照顾负担。 WOS纳入15 253篇文献，发文量最多国家是美国；排名前三的机构是华盛顿大学、墨尔本大学和牛津大学；MURRAY C、NAGHAVI M是发文最多的作者；研究最多的内容是患病率、死亡率和危险因素，传染病是出现频次最多的病种；研究前沿趋势由2012年的区域疾病负担到2021年的疾病别和性别特异死亡率。结论 近十年国际上疾病负担研究的热点主要是传染病的死亡率，国内则集中在恶性肿瘤和糖尿病的发病和死亡上；国际和国内的研究前沿随着时间也均发生了变迁。

Analysis on research hotspots and research trends of disease burden during 2012 and 2021

Objective To systematically analyze the research hotspots and trends of disease burden in China and abroad from 2012 to 2021. Methods Literatures about disease burden from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2021 were retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science (WoS) system, and CiteSpaceV6.1 R2 software was used for visual analysis. Results In total 1 869 articles were retrieved from CNKI. China Center for Disease Control and Prevention published the largest number of articles. Zhou Mai-geng published the largest number of articles, followed by Liu Shi-hui, Yin Peng, and Zeng Xin-ying. The most researched keywords in the past ten years were mortality, economic burden and morbidity, and the most researched diseases were malignant tumor and diabetes. Research hotspot trends ranged from family and financial burden in 2012 to probability of premature death and caregiving burden in 2021. In total 15 253 articles were retrieved from WoS. The United States had the largest number of articles. The top three institutions were the University of Washington, the University of Melbourne, and the University of Oxford. MURRAY C and NAGHAVI M were the authors with the most articles. The most studied contents were prevalence, mortality, and risk factors, and the most frequently studied disease was infectious disease. Research trends ranged from the regional burden of disease in 2012 to disease-specific and sex-specific mortality in 2021. Conclusion In the past decade, the focus of disease burden research in the world is mainly the mortality of infectious diseases, while the domestic focus is on the incidence and death of malignant tumors and diabetes. The international and domestic research frontiers have changed with time.
