| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非口服百草枯中毒的临床特点,为治疗提供帮助。方法对收治的经呼吸道吸入、皮肤吸收及肌肉注射中毒三种非口服百草枯中毒15例病人临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果吸入中毒与皮肤吸收中毒13例全部治愈,肌肉注射2例死亡。结论无论何种途径中毒,均应采取积极的治疗措施,特别对肌肉注射者,除常规方法外,应及早行肌注部位广泛清创或截肢手术。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate clinical features of non-oral paraquat poisoning,for provide evidence the treatment.METHODS The clinical data of 15 subjects of paraquat poisoning by inhalation,skin absorption and intramuscular injection were analyzed respectively.RESULTS The inhalation and skin absorption of 13 poisoning cases were cured,2 poisoning cases by intramuscular injection died.CONCLUSION No matter poisoning by which channels,the active treatments should be taken,especially for intramuscular injection,in addition to conventional methods,extensive debridement or amputation should be carried out early. |
