青年缺血性脑卒中后抑郁影响因素分析

目的探讨青年缺血性脑卒中后抑郁状况及影响因素。方法对2009年1月～2011年9月某院神经内科271例青年缺血性脑卒中患者进行自编问卷、抑郁自评量表及改良爱丁堡与斯堪的那维亚量表测评。结果青年缺血性脑卒中后抑郁情绪检出率为25.10%;单因素Logistic回归分析结果表明性别、年龄、经济状况、左侧半球、梗死面积及神经功能损害是发生青年缺血性脑卒中后抑郁的危险因素,而多因素Logistic回归分析发现:年龄、左侧半球、梗死面积及神经功能损害是发生青年缺血性脑卒中后抑郁的危险因素。结论青年缺血性脑卒中后抑郁发生率较高,且受多种因素影响。

The influentia factors of depression afetr cerebral arterial thrombosis in young people

OBJECTIVE To investigate prevalence of depression after cerebral arterial thrombosis and influential factors in young people.METHODS 271 cases of depression after cerebral arterial thrombosis in young people were treated in the department of neurology in our hospital from January 2009 to September 2011,then they were surveyed with questionnaire including modified Edinburgh and Scandinavian scale,self-rating depression scale and self-made general questionnaire.RESULTS The overall prevalence of depression after cerebral arterial thrombosis in young people was 25.10%.Univariate logistic analysis showed that sex,age,economic situation,left hemispheric damages,infarction area and the severity of neurological injury were the risk factors for post-stroke depression in young people.Multivariate logistic analysis indicated that age,left hemispheric damages,infarction area and the severity of neurological injury had a risk effect on post-stroke depression in young people.CONCLUSION Prevalence of depression after cerebral arterial thrombosis is high in young people,and its occurrence is affected by many factors.
