注射毒品致假性动脉瘤病人血清钾、钠、氯、钙分析对护理措施的启示

[目的]分析注射毒品致假性动脉瘤病人血清钾、钠、氯及钙含量的变化,探讨应采取的护理措施。[方法]用奥林巴斯AU2700型生化分析仪分别对50名注射毒品所致假性动脉瘤患者和55名健康人检测血清钾、钠、氯、钙含量。[结果]注射毒品致假性动脉瘤病人血清钾、钠、氯、钙分别为(4.13±0.49),(137.85±4.08),(102.07±7.39),(1.85±0.78)mmol/l;对照组血清钾、钠、氯、钙分别为(4.29±0.47),(142.29±2.74),(104.81±2.50),(2.26±0.27)mmol/l。注射毒品致假性动脉瘤病人与健康人对照组比较,血清钠、氯、钙差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论注射毒品致假性动脉瘤病人易发生电解质紊乱,护理人员应观察病人电解质的变化,做好健康宣教、指导病人合理膳食,配合医生采取相应的措施,纠正电解质紊乱。

INSPIRATION ON THE NURSING MEASURES FROM THE ANALYSIS OF SERUM POTASSIUM,SODIUM,CHLORIDE AND CALCIUM IN FALSE ANEURYSM PATIENTS CAUSED BY INJECTING DRUG

[Objective]To analyze the serum concentrations of potassium,sodium,chloride,calcium changes in the false aneurysm patients caused by injecting drug and discuss the nursing measures.[Methods]Used Olympus AU2700 biochemistry to detect the serum potassium,sodium,chloride and calcium of false aneurysm patient caused by injecting drug(50 cases)and 55 healthy person(55 cases).[Results]The concentrations of serum potassium,sodium,chloride and calcium in false aneurysm patients were(4.13±0.49),(137.85±4.08),(102.07±7.39),(1.85±0.78)mmol/l respectively.The serum concentrations of potassium,sodium,chloride,and calciumin in control group were(4.29±0.47),(142.29±2.74),(104.81±2.50),(2.26±0.27)mmol/l respectively.There was a significant difference in serum concentration of sodium,chloride,calcium(P﹤0.01)between false aneurysm patients and healthy persons,but no difference in serum potassium(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]Electrolyte imbalance easily happen in false aneurysm patients caused by injecting drug,nurses should pay attention to observe the changes of electrolyte,healthy education and healthy balanced diet,and coordinate doctors to take the corresponding measures for correcting electrolyte imbalance.
