传染病防疫人员职业倦怠的产生及其影响因素的相关研究

摘    要:目的]探讨传染病防疫人员职业倦怠的产生及其影响因素的关系,为进行干预提供参考依据。方法]采用工作压力量表、工作压力应对策略调查表、自尊量表、社会支持量表、职业倦怠量表,对200名传染病防疫人员进行了调查,探讨各影响因素之间的相关性。结果]其职业倦怠与工作压力、应对策略呈正相关、与自尊、社会支持呈负相关,传染病防疫人员职业倦怠评分为54.97±12.02。结论传染病防疫人员职业倦怠发生率较高,主要因突发公共卫生事件的增多,导致工作量大且风险高而致。高自尊、积极的应对策略、有效的社会支持对缓解职业倦怠起到重要的作用。

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CAUSES AND DETERMINANTS OF JOB BURNOUT OF STAFF ENGAGING IN CONTROLLING EPIDEMIC DISEASE

Abstract:Objective]To analyze the relationship between job burnout and influential factors of staff in controlling epidemic disease,and to provide basic data for intervention.Methods]This study used quantitative method to examine the relationship between job burnout,work pressure,responding strategies to work pressure,self-esteem and social support,conducted a survey of 200 staff working in epidemic disease control.Results]The scores of job burnout in epidemic disease control were 54.97 ± 12.02,which was found positively related to work pressure,responding strategy but negatively correlated to self-esteem and social support.Conclusion]The occurrence rate of job burnout of staff in controlling epidemic disease is relatively high because the increase in public incidences leads to heavy workload and high risk.High self-esteem,active responding strategy,and efficient social support play an important role in relieving the job burnout.
