教师职业紧张研究

目的 :初步探讨中小学教师职业紧张状态及其主要紧张源。方法 :应用职业紧张量表 (OSI- R) ,根据职业紧张问卷 (ORQ) 6 0个条目的得分 ,进行职业紧张水平评价。结果 :1) 146 0例中小学教师与 319例非教师相比 ,职业紧张总体得分无差异 ,而工作负荷 (RO)和工作环境 (PE)两项 ,教师组显著增高 (P<0 .0 5 )。 2 )男教师职业紧张得分显著高于女教师 (P<0 .0 5 )。 3)教师组随年龄增长职业紧张水平增高 (P<0 .0 1)。 4)中学教师职业紧张水平显著高于小学教师 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :中小学教师职业紧张水平增高 ,主要表现在工作负荷重和工作条件差 ;中学教师比小学教师紧张 ,尤其中学高龄男教师更突出

STUDY OF THE OCCUPATIONAL STRESS OF THE TEACHERS IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL.

Objective:To investigate occupational stress of teachers in primary and secondary school.Methods:Occupational stress inventory revised edition(OSI-R) was used.According to occupational rules questionnaire(ORQ),the raw scores of occupational stress have been obtained in 60 items and then the evaluation of the occupational stress was carried out.Results:1)The scores both items role(RO) and physical environment(PE) in 1460 teachers were significantly higher than those in 319 non-teachers although there was no difference in the total scores of occupational stress between two groups.2)Male teacher's scores of occupational stress were significantly higher than those of females.3)Teacher's scores of occupational stress increased with age.4)The scores of occupational stress in teachers in secondary school were significantly higher than those of teachers in primary school.Conclusion:Stress of teachers in the primary and secondary school presented mainly in both RO and PE.The level of occupational stress of teachers in secondary school specially elder male teachers was significantly higher than those in teachers of primary school.
