建立社区医学教育体系是振兴农村卫生事业的根本大计──浅谈发展全科医学教育的必要性

全科医学／家庭医学作为医学的一门专业，在英美已有３０多年的历史了。其最大特点是：融预防、医疗、保健、康复为一体。在加强全科医学教育体系中，保持良好的医生──病人──家庭关系，可促进健康，诊治疾病。在当前我国社区农民的医疗保健体制正在改革的时候，发展我国特色的全科医学教育很有必要，非常及时。现有医学院校的公共卫生学院具有发展我国特色全科医学教育的优势。本文还提出了我国社区医学教育模式的初步设想。

BUILD UP COMMUNITY MEDICAL EDUCATION SYSTEM AS A BASIC MAGNIFICENT PROJECT TO VITALIZE RURAL HEALTH SERVICES AN ELEMENTARY INTRODUCTION OF NECESSITY TO DEVELOP GENERAL MEDICAL EDUCATION

General Medicine(GM)/Family Medicine as a mediacl speciality,it has a history more than thirty years in England and America.Its key character is comprehension of prevention treatment, rehabilitation and health care.A fine relationship of Docter-patient-family in GM educational system may promote health, diagnosis and treatment of diseases.In the present,the farmer's community medical care system of our country is reforming.The author suggest to develop GM education with chinese characteristics that's very necessity and in good time.Now, the School of public Health, Medical Colleges in China have a dominant position to develop GM education.with chinese characteristics. The author also suggest an organizational form of community medidal education system in China.
