| 摘 要： | 目的：检测在胃和口腔样品中幽门螺杆菌的感染。方法：采用脲酶实验及PCR方法检测幽门螺杆菌。结果：脲酶试验检测不到幽门螺杆菌在口腔中的感染，而使用PCR却有很高的检出率。使用同种引物PCR对胃粘膜样品和口腔样品的培养液进行检测，胃中的检出率不如口腔中的高。结论：两种检测方法，以PCR更为特异、灵敏。口腔是幽门螺杆菌的重要寄居场所。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the infection of Helicobacter pylori in gaster and oral cavity.Methods:Urease test and PCR were used.Results:By usease test,no H.pylori infection in oral cavity was observed;while by PCR,a high infection rate was found in the same focus.PCR with the same primer was used to determine the specimens from gaster mucous membrane and oral cavity,the detectable rate of H.pylori in gaster was lower than that in oral cavity.Conclusions:PCR is the more differential and sensitive method to detect H.pylori infection.It showed that oral cavity is an important parasitical place of H.pylori. |
