| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨影响循环系统疾病医疗保险（医保）患者住院医疗费用的主要支配因子，为控制医疗费用的过度增长提供理论依据。方法：以某县内12所医院2004年度循环系统疾病医保患者为研究对象，采用因子分析方法，对2004年255名循环系统疾病医保患者住院医疗费用进行分析。结果：在医疗费用的17个因素中存在6种主要支配因子。结论：降低药费和治疗费是控制医疗费用的过度增长主要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the main controlling factors of the expenditure of medical insurant inpatients of circulatory system,to provide the rational gist of controlling the overage rise of the expenditure of medical insurant inpatients of circulatory system.Methods:The data collected from the information system of the medical insurance during 2004 in 12 hospitals,255 medical insurant inpatients of circulatory system were enrolled in this study,their medical expenditures were analysed with factor analysis method.Results:The seventeen composing fees of the medical expenditure of insurant inpatients of circulatory system include six main controlling factors.Conclusion:The effective measure for controlling the overage rise of medical expenditure is to decrease the fee for medicine and treatment. |
