艾滋病患者合并巨细胞病毒感染状况研究

目的了解艾滋病患者合并巨细胞病毒感染状况,及其对艾滋病疾病进展的影响。方法以278例在某院住院的艾滋病确诊患者为研究对象,采集外周血,分离血浆,通过人巨细胞病毒核酸定量检测(PCR-荧光法)检测巨细胞病毒DNA。同时检测CD4+T淋巴细胞和血浆病毒载量的水平。结果在278例艾滋病患者中合并巨细胞病毒感染者60例,感染率为21.58%,其中75%的合并巨细胞病毒感染的患者主要存在于CD4+T淋巴细胞低于50/μl的艾滋病感染者中。合并巨细胞病毒感染者的CD4+T淋巴细胞低于HIV单一感染者,而病毒载量则呈相反趋势,两者间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论对艾滋病患者的管理,在监测CD4+T淋巴细胞的同时,应加强监测巨细胞病毒的混合感染,并可结合CD4+T淋巴细胞计数对患者进行预防性服药,降低混合感染造成的死亡。

Study on co-infection with human cytomegalovirus among HIV-infected individuals

OBJECTIVE To investigate co-infection with human cytomegalovirus among HIV-infected individuals,and its impact on progression of HIV disease.METHODS 278 cases of HIV infected were treated in the hospitalof as subjects.Blood samples were collected,and Detected human cytomegalovirus DNA by PCR-Fluorescence and tested human cytomegalovirus infection by ELISA method.And CD4+T cells and plasma viral load were measured simultaneously as indicators of progress of HIV/AIDS.RESULTS Of 278 cases of HIV infected,60 individuals were confirmed as co-infected with human cytomegalovirus(21.58%).75% patients with HIV/human cytomegalovirus co-infection had lower CD4+T cells counts,but higher plasma viral load,especially when the patients had CD4+T cells near or below 50 cells/1,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION Our study suggests that the management of AIDS patients should also include monitoring AIDS related co-infection such as human cytomegalovirus and CD4+T lymphocyte,and combine with CD4+T lymphocyte count to give preventive medication in order to reduce death caused by the co-infection.
