商丘市睢阳区2009年手足口病流行病学分析

目的分析商丘市睢阳区2009年手足口病的流行病学特征,为制定手足口病防控措施提供科学依据。方法根据国家疾病监测报告管理信息系统2009年报告的手足口病例进行流行病学分析。结果 2009年全区报告手足口病1245例,全年均有发病,春末夏初高发,共发生858例(占68.92%),4月份为发病高峰456例(占36.63%),病例集中在市区和近郊乡镇,发生710例(占57.03%),男女性别比为1.74︰1,5岁以下儿童占94.94%,散居儿童占92.77%,病原体主要为EV71,占阳性标本的90.18%。结论搞好环境卫生,养成良好的卫生习惯,建立监测系统是防控手足口病的重要措施。

Epidemiologic analysis of HFMD in Suiyang of 2009

OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiologic characteristics of hand,foot and mouth disease in 2009 of Suiyang District,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures for hand,foot and mouth disease.METHODS According to the national disease surveillance report management information system in 2009,we analyzed the cases of hand,foot and mouth.RESULTS In 2009,1,245 cases with hand,foot and mouth disease i had the disease in the whole year,and showed high incidence in spring and early summer.A total of 858 cases were showed,accounted for 68.92%.April was the peak month of 456 cases(accounting for 36.63%).Cases usually concentrated in the City Areas and suburban towns,and 710 cases were found(accounting for 57.03%).The male to female ratio of children accounted for the 1.74:1.Children under the age of 5 years accounted for 94.94%.Scattered children accounted for 92.77%.The main pathogens was EV71,and accounted for 90.18%.CONCLUSION Better environment situation and good health habits are important measures for preventing and controlling the hand,foot and mouth disease.
