消极应对与母子依恋对中学生非自杀性自伤的影响及其交互作用

摘    要:目的 了解消极应对与母子依恋对中学生非自杀性自伤(NSSI)的影响及其交互作用,为中学生非自杀性自伤合理化干预提供依据。方法 选取江西省内3所中学作为研究现场,采用自制调查问卷、中学生应对方式量表和亲子依恋量表对7129名中学生进行调查,并用SPSS 22.0对数据进行分析。结果 中学生NSSI检出率为33.7%(2403/7129),性别间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与无NSSI组相比,NSSI组消极应对得分均较高(P均<0.001);与无NSSI组相比,NSSI组母子依恋得分均较低(P均<0.001)。多因素非条件logistic回归分析显示,有消极应对和无母子依恋是NSSI的独立危险因素[OR有消极应对及95%CI为(1.05572,1.04862~1.06286),OR无母子依恋及95%CI为(1.02864,1.01473~1.04274),P均<0.001]。消极应对与母子依恋的乘积交互项OR(95%CI)为0.99968(0.99931~1.00004),相加交互作用超额相对危险度(95%CI)、交互作用归因比(95%CI)、交互作用指数(95%CI)分别为0.0013(0.0009~0.0018),0.0012(0.0008~0.0017),1.01541(1.0129~1.0181)。结论 有消极应对和无母子依恋为中学生NSSI的独立危险因素,但两者间交互作用较弱。

Abstract:To understand the effect of negative coping and maternal - child attachment on non - suicidal self -injury ( NSSI) and their interaction among middle school students,and to provide a basis for rationalized intervention of NSSI among middle school students. Methods 7129 middle school students from 3 middle schools in Jiangxi Province were selected,and investigated by self - made questionnaires,middle school students' coping style scale and parent - child attachment scale. SPSS 22. 0 was used for data analysis. Results The detection rate of NSSI among middle school students was 33. 7% ( 2403 /7129) ,and the difference between the gender was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . Compared with the non - NSSI group,the negative coping scores of the NSSI group were higher ( all P < 0. 001) ,and the NSSI group had lower maternal attachment scores ( all P < 0. 001) . Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that negative coping ( OR = 1. 0557,95% CI: 1. 04862 ~ 1. 06286,P < 0. 001) and no maternal attachment ( OR = 1. 02864,95% CI: 1. 01473 ~ 1. 04274,P <0. 001) were independent risk factors for NSSI. For middle school students,the product interaction term of negative coping and maternal attachment was 0. 99968 ( 95% CI: 0. 99931 ~ 1. 00004 ) . The additive interaction excess relative risk ratio,interaction attribution ratio and the interaction index were 0. 0013 ( 95% CI: 0. 0009 ~ 0. 0018) ,0. 0012 ( 95% CI: 0. 0008 ~0. 0017) ,1. 0155 ( 95% CI: 1. 0129 ~ 1. 0181 ) ,respectively. Conclusion Negative coping and no maternal - child attachment are independent risk factors for NSSI among middle school students,but the interaction between them is weak.
