社会限制与乳腺癌化疗患者心理社会适应的相关性分析

目的 了解乳腺癌化疗患者社会限制和心理社会适应现状，并分析两者的相关性。方法 采用社会限制量表（SCS-15）、乳腺癌患者心理社会适应问卷对271例乳腺癌化疗患者进行问卷调查。结果 乳腺癌化疗患者社会限制量表得分为（30.44±7.95）分，心理社会适应问卷得分为（149.40±25.51）分，社会限制总分与心理社会适应总分及各维度得分均呈显著负相关（P < 0.01）。结论 乳腺癌化疗患者受到的社会限制水平与患者自身的心理社会适应水平密切相关，降低社会限制水平可改善心理社会适应状况。

Correlation between social constraints and psychosocial adjustment in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

To investigate the status of social constraints and psychosocial adjustment in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and the relationship between them. Methods The Social Constraint Scale ( SCS － 15) and psychosocial adjustment questionnaire were used to investigate 271 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Results Among breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy，the score of Social Constraint Scale was 30. 44 ± 7. 95，the score of psychosocial adjustment questionnaire was 149. 40 ± 25. 51，and the total score of social constraints was negatively correlated with the total score of psychosocial adjustment and scores of all dimensions ( P ＜ 0. 01) . Conclusion The level of social constraints suffered by breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy is closely related to the level of psychosocial adjustment，and reducing the level of social restriction can help to improve the psychosocial adaptation status among breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
