| 摘 要： | 目的：通过评估四川省乡镇卫生院卫生建设项目，了解建设项目的筹资、效果和存在问题等。方法：采用现场调查并进行筹资分析和效果分析方法。结果：受调查单位共筹资6027．55万元进行了房屋、设备和人员等方面建设，极大地改善了乡镇卫生院的服务条件和服务功能。结论：通过建设项目实施，能较好地引导地方政府对卫生院的建设，目前仍需加强投入与管理，以促进建设项目的发展。

| Abstract: | Objective:Through evaluation on construction projects of townships health center in Sichuan province,to know financing,effect and problem etc.Methods:Local investigation,financing analysis and construction effects analysis were applied to.Reselts:We found that all the surveyed departments have totally raised $60.2755 million to put up buildings ,add equipments and hire staffs which have largely improved service conditions and functions of the townships health center.Conclusions:Through conducting construction projects ,local government can be led to construct on townships health center further.However there are some weakness in the construction project which needs to enhance input and administration to make the project move on. |
