| 摘 要： | 目的 调查成都市新都区居民卫生服务需求意愿,分析其影响因素.方法 采用分层整群抽样方法抽取对象,以自行设计的调查问卷进行调查.结果 不同户主年龄、户主文化背景、家庭类型的常住居民对卫生服务需求种类和程度差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),该3项人口学特征是影响新都区居民卫生服务需求意愿的重要因素.结论 提供卫生服务时应更多地考虑居民卫生服务需求意愿与影响因素. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the residents’ opinion of health service demand in Xindu,Chengdu,and analyze the influential factors.METHODS A sample of local residents was selected by stratified cluster sampling.A self-designed questionnaire was used.RESULTS There were significant differences in local residents’ opinion of health service demand.Household head’s age and educational background,family types were important influential factors for their demand.CONCLUSION More attentions should be paid to local residents’ health service demand while providing health service to them. |
