广东省2009年各级疾控中心人力资源结构现状分析

摘    要:目的 明确广东省各级疾控中心人力资源现状,为今后人力资源规划提供依据.方法 通过“全国疾病预防控制基本信息系统”收集省、市、县(区)疾病预防控制中心的人员数、学历、职称、专业技术资格、所学专业等数据,用Excel软件进行统计.结果 广东省疾控人员年龄构成以35~44岁所占比例最高,为34.8%,次为25~34岁年龄组,占32.9%.学历构成珠三角地区以大学、大专为主,非珠三角地区以大专、中专为主.珠三角地区中、高级职称比例是非珠三角的2.2倍,初级职称人员比例较非珠三角低29.6%.预防医学专业背景者珠三角地区为40.1%,非珠三角为21.0%.结论 广东省各级疾控中心为“年富力强”型年龄结构,珠三角地区疾控人员综合素质优于非珠三角地区.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the current status of human resources in CDCs at all levels in Guangdong province for making scientific planning and allocation of human resource in the future.METHODS The initial information of staffs in CDCs were collected from the information database of National Electronic Disease Control and Prevention System,such as numbers,ages,academic background,academic title and post.The data were used to analyze by Excel.RESULTS The highest proportion of age group was 35-44 year old,and accounted for 34.8%.The following age group was 25-34 year,and accounted for 32.9%.The main academic background was bachelor degree and junior college in Perl River Delta Region.In the other areas,the main academic background was junior college and specialized secondary education.The proportion of intermediate professional title and senior professional title in Perl River Delta Region was two times than that in other areas.The primary professional title in Perl River Delta Region was 29.6% lower than that in other area.Public Health professional affiliations in Perl River Delta Region and Non-Perl River Delta Region were 40.1% and 21.0% respectively.CONCLUSION The age structure shows that it is in the flower of CDC’s life.The staff’s general cultivation in Perl River Delta Region is superior to other areas.
