| 摘 要： | 目的 提高社区医院老年高血压的管理.方法 运用基线调查、健康教育培训、回访及评估分析高血压社区动态综合管理模式.结果 采用动态综合管理模式进行管理的老年高血压患者降压效果明显(P＜0.05).结论 动态综合管理方法对社区老年高血压治疗和预防有很大的帮助作用.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To improve the management of the elderly hypertension in community hospitals.METHODS Used the baseline survey and health education and training and the re-analysis of hypertension,evaluation of community dynamics integrated management.RESULTS Antihypertensive effect of integrated management model for dynamic management of elderly hypertensive patients was significant(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The dynamics integrated management approach for the treatment and prevention of the elderly hypertension in community is very helpful. |
