摘    要:目的 探讨VEGF、Ang-2测定在脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度及预后评估中的应用价值.方法 选2010年2月~2012年3月在某院神经内科住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者30例,同时选择36例在该院健康查体的人群作为对照组.急性期和恢复期进行VEGF、Ang-2测定,并对患者神经功能缺损进行评分.结果 脑梗死患者VEGF和Ang-2水平较正常人群均显著升高,差异有统计学意义,P< 0.05;恢复期,VEGF和Ang-2水平显著降低,与急性期相比,差异有统计学意义,P< 0.05.Ang-2水平与神经功能缺损存在正相关关系.随着梗死灶面积增大,VEGF、Ang-2水平均显著上升.结论 VEGF、Ang-2二者水平与急性脑梗死具有密切的关系,动态监测二者水平的变化具有重要的临床意义.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the application value of VEGF and Ang-2 in evaluating nerve function defect and prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infraction.METHODS 30 patients from February 2010 to March 2012 in neurology department of our hospital were enrolled,36 healthy persons were also enrolled as control group.VEGF and Ang-2 were detected in acute phase and recovery phase,neural function defect scale was obtained.RESULTS Concentrations of VEGF and Ang-2 in patients with acute cerebral infraction were significantly higher than in normal persons,P﹤0.05;they reduced in recovery phase,lower than in acute phase,P﹤0.05.The concentration of Ang-2 positively correlated with neural function defect scale.Concentrations of VEGF and Ang-2 became increasing as infraction area increasing.CONCLUSION The level of VEGF and Ang-2 are closely related with cerebral infraction,monitoring variation of them has an impotent clinical value.
