生活污水浑浊度与CODcr、BOD5及粪大肠菌群浓度的关系

目的：了解污水净化处理前后水中浑浊度与CODcr(化学耗氧量)、BOD5(生化需氧量)及粪大肠菌群浓度之间的关系。方法：于污水净化处理前后，分别取水样测定水中浑浊度与CODcr、BOD5及粪大肠菌群的浓度，并将相同水样测得的浑浊度与CODcr、BOD5及粪大肠菌群的浓度配对作相关分析。结果：污水净化处理前后水中浑浊度高时，CODcr、BOD5及粪大肠菌群的浓度也高，当水中浑浊度低时，CODcr、BOD5及粪大肠菌群的浓度也低，浑浊度与CODcr、BOD5及粪大肠菌群之间存在着密切的正相关。结论：污水净化处理过程中可以通过测定水中浑浊度的高低来间接反映污水净化处理的效果。浑浊度测定方法简单，易于操作，适合于基层单位评价水质净化处理效果。

A STUDY ON THE RELATION BETWEEN THE TURBIDITY DEGREE OF SEWAGE AND THE CONCENTRATION OF CODcr,BOD5 AND COLIFORM BACTERIA

Objective: To find out the relation between the turbidity degree of sewage and the concentration of COD_ cr ,BOD_5,and coliform bacteria before and after the purification. Methods :Take water sample separately before and after the purification to survey the turbidity degree of sewage and the concentration COD_ cr ,BOD_5 and coliform bacteria.And make a relevant analysis with the turbidity degree of sewage and concentration of COD_ cr ,BOD_5 and coliform bacteria from the same water sample. Results :There is a direct relevant between the turbidity degree of sewage and the concentration of COD_ cr ,BOD_5,and coliform bacteria.That means the higher the turbidity degree of sewage is,the higher the concentration of COD_ cr ,BOD_5 and coliformbacteria,and vice-versa. Conclusion: In the course of sewage purification the result of purification can be reflected indirectly through determining the level of the turbidity degree in water.And since the turbidity survey method is simple and easy to operate,it is suitable for grass-roots units to evaluate the result of purification.
