米诺环素对革兰阳性球菌的体外抗菌活性研究

摘    要:目的]观察米诺环素对表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌、屎肠球菌等革兰阳性球菌的体外抗菌活性,为临床决策用药提供依据。方法]采用ATB微生物分析系统的药敏试条对225株葡萄球菌、屎肠球菌进行米诺环素、左氧氟沙星、四环素、红霉素的药敏试验;根据其药敏结果比较4种抗菌药物对葡萄球菌、屎肠球菌的抗菌活性。结果]金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌、其他葡萄球菌、屎肠球菌对米诺环素敏感率分别为86.4%、94.1%、89.6%、86.3%、83.2%;对左氧氟沙星敏感率分别为50.7%、37.5%、35.2%、39.7%、17.6%;对四环素敏感率分别为69.2%、66.4%、65.2%、77.3%、67.7%;对红霉素敏感率分别为31.8%、20.9%、30.4%、19.6%、33.2%。结论]米诺环素对葡萄球菌、屎肠球菌等有较强的抗菌活性,敏感率高于其他3种药物。葡萄球菌、屎肠球菌对左氧氟沙星、四环素、红霉素均产生了不同程度的耐药性。

Abstract:Objective]To evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of minocycline against gram-positive cocci such as Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus haemolyticus,Enterococcus faecium and so on,and to provide evidence for clinical decision.Methods]Antibacterial activities of Minocycline,Levofloxacin,Tetracycline and Erythromycin against 225 strains of Staphylococcus and Enterococcus faecium were detected by ATB microbial analysis system.The differences of their antibacterial activities were determined by drug sensitivity test.Results]The sensitive rates of Minocycline against Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus haemolyticus,other Staphylococci and Enterococcus faecium were 86.4%,94.1%,89.6%,86.3% and 83.2% respectively;the sensitive rates of Levofloxacin against above antibiotics were 50.7%,37.5%,35.2%,39.7% and 17.6% respectively;and the sensitive rates of tetracycline were 69.2%,66.4%,65.2%,77.3% and 67.7% respectively;likewise,the sensitive rates of erythromycin were 31.8%,20.9%,30.4%,19.6% and 33.2% respectively.Conclusions]Minocycline has strong antibacterial activity against Staphylococci and Enterococcus faecium which show different levels of drug-resistance to levofloxacin,tetracycline and erythromycin.
