四川省36所乡镇卫生院医务人员工作满意度研究

目的]分析乡镇卫生院医务人员工作满意度现状,为乡镇卫生院管理者提供制定人力资源决策的参考依据。方法]运用现状调查方法,进行现场问卷调查。收集四川省36所乡镇卫生院医务人员工作满意度的相关数据,进行统计分析。结果]乡镇卫生院医务人员工作总的满意程度较高,对压力感、薪酬和安全感的三个维度感到最不满意。不同级别、性别、职称、本卫生院工作年限的医务人员的工作满意度存在着差异。结论]提高工作满意度应当考虑这些因素及不同群体的差异。

STUDY ON JOB SATISFACTION OF MEDICAL STAFF IN THE TOWNSHIP HOSPITALS IN SICHUAN PROVINCE

Objective]To analyze the present condition of the job satisfaction of medical staff in the township hospitals and provide suggestion on policy decision of human resources(HR)in the township hospitals.Methods]By cross-sectional study,anon site questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data about job satisfaction of the medical staff from 36 township hospitals in Sichuan province.Statistical analyses were performed using the SPSS statistical software.Results]The total job satisfaction of medical staff was higher at some extent,while the pressure,income and safety dimensions got the lowest scores.The medical staff with different levels,sex,professional titles and working lifetime showed significant difference in their job satisfaction.Conclusion]In order to improve the job satisfaction should take these factors and different medical staff population into consideration.
