大学新生预防艾滋病知识及态度的现况调查

目的：了解大学新生关于艾滋病的知识、态度的现况，探寻其影响因素，为有效开展艾滋病的健康教育提供科学依据。方法：采取随机整群抽样的方法，对南昌市某高校701名新生进行问卷调查。结果：学生对艾滋病主要知识有一定程度的了解，但是有关艾滋病的专业知识，多数学生仍很模糊并且相当一部分同学对艾滋病患者的态度存在着思想障碍；74．6％的学生认为婚前性行为不可取并且男女认识有很大的显著性（P〈0．05）；98％以上的学生认为有必要进行预防艾滋病知识的健康教育和掌握预防艾滋病的技能。结论：大学生对艾滋病知识的认知水平仍需提高，部分学生的态度有待改进，应加强对大学生预防艾滋病的知识的健康教育。

INVESTIGATION INTO KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE ABOUT AIDS AMONG THE NEW STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY

Objective:To understand the status of knowledge and attitude about AIDS among the university freshmen and its influencing factors and to provide the bases for AIDS prevention.Methods:Random sampling methods was taken to choose the students.Questionnaire investigation were carried out in 701 new students of one university in Nanchang.Results:Students had understood the main knowledge of AIDS to a certain degree,however,most students were still very fuzzy about the professional knowledge of AIDS and quite a few of the freshmen had a prejudice against HIV-positive person;74.6% students opposed sexual behaviors before marriage and there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between girls and boys;More than 98% of the students thought that it was necessary to understand the preventive knowledge of AIDS and to grasp technical ability to prevent AIDS.Conclusion:Students still need to improve the knowledge of AIDS,the attitudes of some students remain to be improved and the eduction about the preventive knowledge of AIDS should be strengthened.
