| 摘 要： | 目的减轻绝经后妇女取环痛苦，提高其取出惰性圆形不锈钢金属单环的成功率。方法330例要求绝经后取环的妇女，口服尼尔雌醇片2mg，7d后手术，术前使用利多卡因宫旁神经阻滞麻醉。结果315例取环顺利；15例取环困难，通过寻求上级医师操作，必要时借助B超辅助，全部病例取环成功，未发生手术并发症。结论将尼尔雌醇配合宫旁神经阻滞麻醉的方法用于绝经后取环术中，疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To alleviate pain of postmenopausal women during the period of intraute：dne devices （ IU- Ds） removal and to increase successful rate of the operation. Methods All postmenopausal women （n = 330） took nilestriol 2 mg per day for seven days before they received IUDs removal operation under local anesthesia. Results The operation was smooth in 315 women, but some difficulties were eneountered in the remaining 15. The successful rate was 100% and no operative complications were seen during the procedure. Conclusion Preoperative preparation using nilestriol for postmenopausal women, combined with looal anesthesia, is effective in removing IUDs. |
