胎盘三维能量多普勒指数与脐动脉S/D值的相关性研究

目的 探讨胎盘三维能量多普勒指数与脐动脉收缩期峰值和舒张末期流速之比值(S/D)的相关关系及其临床意义.方法 采用VOLUSON 730 expert三维超声成像系统的三维彩色血管能量成像(three-dimensional color power angio,3D-CPA)测量188例20～40周的胎儿胎盘的三维能量多普勒指数,包括血管化指数(Vascularization Index, VI)、血流指数(Flow Index ,FI)、血管化-血流指数(Vascularization-flow Index,VFI),并与脐动脉S/D值比较分析. 结果 胎儿的胎盘三维能量多普勒指数与S/D呈负相关,以S/D为自变量,胎儿胎盘的三维能量多普勒指数为因变量的直线回归公式为VI=-1.31×S/D 9.52(r=-0.328, n=188, P＜0.0001)、FI=-2.67×S/D 42.46(r=-0.469, n=188, P＜0.0001)、VFI =-0.53×S/D 3.52(r=-0.356, n=188, P＜0.0001).结论 胎儿胎盘的三维能量多普勒指数与S/D的减小呈负相关,可以作为妊娠中观察胎盘血流灌注情况的工具.

Correlation study between the placenta blood flow 3D power doppler indices and S/D ratio

Objective To study the correlation between S/D ratio and the blood flow with 3D power Doppler indices of the placenta by three-dimensional color power angio(3D-CPA ), and to evaluate its clinical importance.
