| 摘 要： | 高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)可以有效地延缓HIV/AIDS患者的疾病进程,改善生活质量,但HAART要求近乎完美的依从性。其依从性的研究在西方发达国家开展较多,但在我国的相关研究不多。文章就国际上HIV/AIDS患者HAART依从性的评价方法及影响因素的研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) has effectively delayed the course of HIV/AIDS progression and improved the quality of life of patients. However, a high level of adherence is essential for HAART. Adherence studies have been conducted extensively in developed countries, but there are very few in China. This article reviewed different methods of assessment and factors affecting adherence to HAART in these international studies. |
