| 摘 要： | 目前,随着多种细菌鉴定分型及其同源性分析方法的应用,临床实验室在流行菌株分析、流行病学研究及院内感控工作等方面有了很大进展.此文着重对目前常用方法学如脉冲场凝胶电泳、多位点序列分析、基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱及规律成簇的间隔短回文重复序列进行概述.

| Abstract: | At present,with the application of bacterial typing and homology analysis methods,it has made great progress in epidemic strain analysis,epidemiology research and nosocomial infection control work in clinical laboratory.The article gives an overview of current common methods,such as pulsed-field gel electrophoresis,multilocus sequence typing,matrix-assisted laser desorption-ionization time of flight mass spectrometry and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats. |
