2019年上海市崇明区居民中医药健康文化素养现状及影响因素分析

目的 了解上海市崇明区中医药健康文化知识的普及情况,客观评价区内居民对于中医药健康文化素养水平,为制定中医药健康文化知识普及政策提供依据.方法 采用分层多阶段随机抽样的方法,对崇明区240名15~69岁城乡常住居民开展中医药健康文化素养调查.结果 2019年,上海市崇明区居民中医药健康文化素养水平为13.75%;其中,中医药基本理念、中医药公众适宜方法、中医药健康生活方式、中医药文化常识、中医药理解能力五方面的素养比例分别为40.4%、3.0%、32.1%、31.3%、65.0%.调查对象具备中医药健康文化知识普及率、阅读率、信任率、行动率比例分别为33.96%、25.06%、64.17%、50.42%.年龄、文化程度是影响居民中医药健康文化素养水平的因素;文化程度越高,素养水平越高;年龄越大,素养水平越低.结论 应针对不同人群采取针对性措施,提高中医药健康文化知识的普及率和阅读率,推动居民实现中医药健康文化知识由"信"到"行"的转化,进而提升居民中医药健康文化素养水平.

Analysis of Status of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Culture Literacy and Influencing Factors of Residents in Chongming District of Shanghai in 2019

Objective To understand the popularization of health culture knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Chongming District,objectively evaluate the residents’level of TCM health culture literacy,and provide the basis for formulating the policy of TCM health culture knowledge popularization.Methods A total of 240 urban and rural residents aged 15-69 in Chongming District were investigated by stratified and multistage random sampling.Results In 2019,the level of TCM health culture literacy of residents in Chongming District of Shanghai was 13.75%.The five dimensions of basic concepts,the public appropriate methods of TCM,healthy lifestyle,general knowledge of TCM culture,and understanding ability of TCM information were 40.4%,3.0%,32.1%,31.3%and 65.0%respectively.The prevalence rate,reading rate,trust rate and action rate of the respondents were 33.96%,25.06%,64.17%and 50.42%respectively.The level of age and education were the factors influencing the level of residents'health literacy;the level of education was higher,the level of literacy was higher;the level of health literacy was decreased with age.Conclusion Targeted measures should been taken for different groups of people,improve the popularity and reading rate of health culture knowledge of TCM,promote residents to realize the transformation of health culture knowledge of TCM from“faith”to“action”,and then improve residents’health culture literacy level of TCM.
