| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在实施“优质护理服务示范工程”过程中如何通过科学的人力资源配置，在基础护理工作量显著增加的情况下，保证基础护理到位，提高患者满意度。方法收集同期相关数据，包括出入院人数、手术人数、一级护理人数、基础护理工作量、陪住率及患者对护理工作的满意度等，对其进行分析。结果实施“优质护理服务示范工程”前后，在基础护理工作量显著增加的状况下，陪住率明显下降，患者满意度稳步提高，具有统计学意义，P值均〈0．05。结论护理人力资源科学管理是保证基础护理到位，提高患者满意度的关键。
