| 摘 要： | 对上海市不同区域双向转诊现状和医患双方对双向转诊的认知度进行调查分析，发现转诊患者向上转诊超过95％，而向下转诊不足5％；医务人员对双向转诊的知晓率超过95％，患者对双向转诊的知晓率接近70％。提出完善双向转诊政策、制定统一的信息化平台和加强宣传将有利于双向转诊的有效实施。 |

| Abstract: | To investigate current situation and the awareness of dual referral both in hospital employees and patients in Shanghai different districts.There were more than 95% transfer-up and 70% transfer-down in the whole referral patients,which showed imbalance.The awareness of dual referral in hospital employees was more than 95% compared to 70% in patients.Better dual referral needs relevant policy construction,information system terrace and strengthening referral propaganda in hospital. |
