| 摘 要： | 借鉴国际经验，依据中国国情，CHQIS指标体系提出44类质量评价指标，可通过计算机系统自动采集数据和自动分析获得。根据医疗质量属性定义，从病案首页原始数据标记中识别质量表达数据；根据医疗质量指标定义，从质量表达数据对比分析中抽取医疗质量信息。通过指标导航、数据规划和管理融合3大技术手段，实现CHQIS指标体系与医院现行信息系统的融合。 |
