摘    要:为了使医院顾客满意度测量更符合”以人为本”、”一切以病人为中心”的管理理念和质量方针,文章借鉴国内、外顾客满意度调查法,并结合我国医院实际,探讨了现阶段比较适合我国医院的顾客满意度指标体系。

Abstract:In order to make the hospital customer satisfaction measurement fit the "human-oriented"and "all pa tient-centered"management philosophy and quality policy, the artice based on domestic and international customer satis faction survey,and combined with the actual situation of China's hospital, discussed the suitable hospital customer satis faction index system at this stage.
