Exploration of the Point-Based System in Teaching Performance Assessment

The experience of the point-based system in teaching performance evaluation was summarized. Based on the analysis of the background, design method and actual operation of the performance appraisal of the point system, the study discussed the overall improvement of the teaching quality of the departments of the affiliated hospital, such as the participation, standardization and teaching achievements of the point system.
