| 摘 要： | 科研绩效评估是医院科研管理的重要工作。通过探索和实践，建立起一套科研绩效评估体系，其以科研项目、科研论文、科研成果、专利和专著为评估指标，通过量化建立个人与科室的考核方案。自施行绩效评估体系后，科研绩效取得了突破性进展。

| Abstract: | scientific performance assessment is an important part of the hospital＇s scientific management. The paper introduced a scientific performance assessment scheme established in our hospital by exploration and practice. We selected research project, research article, scientific and technological achievement, patent and publication as evaluation indicators, and then established the individual and the department assessment programs by quantification. After bringing the assessment into effect, the hospital scientific assessment had got remarkable benefit, and achieved breakthrough in research projects, SCI papers, scientific and technological achievements in succession. |
