| 摘 要： | 医疗质量管理需要高质量的测量工具来提供信息支持。文章结合澳大利亚满意度监测的测量工具开发，讨论选择现有工具和研制新工具应遵循的基本原则和科学程序，并提出我国应制定医疗质量管理工具的发展战略，充分利用现有的测量工具资源，并重视测量工具的方法学研究。 |

| Abstract: | Hospital managers need high quality measurement tools in their practice of quality improvement. Using Australia patient satisfaction monitoring as an example, authors discussed principles and protocols of tool selection and development. Learning Australian experiences, authors suggested develop strategic plan for measurement tool development, set priority on selecting available tools other than develop new tools, and pay more attention on methodological study of tools for hospital quality management. |
