| 摘 要： | 质的研究是以研究者本人作为研究工具，在自然情境下对社会现象进行整体性探究，并用归纳的方法形成理论的一种社会科学研究方法。质的研究方法具有真实性、灵活性等特点，能弥补量的研究的不足，因而在医学卫生领域有广泛的应用空间。
