缺血性脑卒中单病种质量管理关键指标敏感度分析

目的了解缺血性脑卒中单病种质量管理实施情况，对关键指标进行敏感度分析，以指导单病种质量管理的实施。方法回顾性调查上海市某三级综合性医院缺血性脑卒中单病种质量管理实施情况，采用Bootstrap法对关键指标进行敏感度分析。结果缺血性脑卒中单病种质量管理实施后，关键指标均呈上升趋势。其中，住院24小时内血管功能评价和血脂异常他汀类治疗对单病种质量管理的实施效果具有敏感性，且后者敏感度较高。结论缺血性脑卒中单病种质量管理的实施应从关键指标入手，需积极探索中医特色医疗，还需来自社会、医院、患者等的多方支持。

Sensitivity Analysis on Key Indicators of Single Disease Quality Management of Cerebral Ischemic Stroke

Objective To investigate the implementation of single disease quality management of cerebral ischemic stroke （CIS） in a hospital of Shanghai, and perform sensitivity analysis on the key indicators to guide the implementation of the single disease quality management. Method A retrospective study was conducted to investigate the implementation of CIS single disease quality management in a tertiary hospital of Shanghai, and the Bootstrap method was used for one - way sensitivity analysis of the key indicators. Result After the implementation of CIS single disease quality management, key indicators showed an upward trend. Among which, vascular function assessment within 24h after hospitalization and statin therapy for patients with dyslipidemia were sensitive for the implementation effect, and the latter was more sensitive. Conclusion The CIS single disease quality man- agement can be starting from the key indicators, and the traditional Chinese medicine needs to be actively explored, which needs multi -guarantee from society, hospitals and patients.
