医患沟通在医疗活动中的作用与意义

目的分析医患沟通的影响因素，探讨医患沟通在医疗活动中的作用及意义。方法采用医患座谈法、医护患访谈、问卷调查、电话随访等形式对医院2005～2007年的医患沟通现状进行调查和分析。结果调查结果信度和效度均高于0．70。结果可靠，基本达到预期目的。结论良好的医患沟通有助于提高医疗服务质量，保证医疗安全，提高医院的经济和社会效益，实现医患双赢；有利于实现以人为本，构建和谐的医患关系。

The Role and Practice of Doctor - Patient Communication in Medical Activities
