河北省三级综合医院去行政化现状及实现路径对策研究

中国共产党十八届三中全会将事业单位去行政化改革作为新阶段改革重点，党的十九大又强调继续推进事业单位改革。在新的历史阶段，河北省事业单位去行政化也在不断推进。河北省三级综合医院作为事业单位的重要组成部分，其去行政化实施的效果如何，直接关系事业单位去行政化的目标能否实现。文章从河北省三级综合医院行政化弊病入手，对难点进行分析，对进展情况进行梳理，最后提出相应的可行性对策建议。

Current Situation of De-Administration in Tertiary General Hospitals in Hebei Province and the Countermeasures

The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) made the reform of public institutions de-administrated as the focus of the reform in the new stage. The 19th National Congress of the CPC also stressed the need to continue the reform of public institutions. In the new historical stage, the de-administration of public institutions in Hebei province was also continuously promoted. As an important subject of public institutions, the de-administration effect of the tertiary general hospitals in Hebei province was directly related to the realization of the goal of de-administration.Based on the administration shortcomings in the tertiary general hospitals in Hebei province, the difficult points were analyzed, the progress was sorted out, and the corresponding feasible countermeasures and suggestions were finally put forward.
